Lifelong Memories

Our Linga Longa in Yarrawonga tours is named after the song “I am Going Back Again to Yarrawonga” written by Corporal Neil McBeath which he penned in the trenches in 1918 at the end of the First World War.

Linga Longa Tours offers 3 different and exciting tours for your holidays and enjoyment, namely

“Murray and High Country Tour” which is run during the Autumn and Spring seasons.

“Back to Yarrawonga Tour” which is run during the Autumn and Spring seasons.

“Winter Wonderland Tour” is a themed tour which is run in the winter months.

See History and Nature In A New Way

We are based in Yarrawonga at the Central Yarrawonga Motor Inn on Lake Mulwala part of the mighty Murray River

which is the border of NSW and Victoria.

Based in Yarrawonga, we have easy access to visit Bright for the famous Autumn or Spring colours, Beechworth which is steeped in Australia’s history, Glenrowan to get the real Ned Kelly story, the hugely popular Silo Art Trail and Street Art in Benalla, visit Bonnegilla Migrant Camp which was an Army camp during the second world war but converted after the war for use as housing,

predominately for European migrants, prior to their transition into life in Australia, Deniliquin which is the home of the famous Ute Muster, lunch or morning tea cruise on Lake Mulwala, visit to Echuca (Home of the TV series “All the Rivers Run”) for a morning tea paddle steamer cruise up the Murray River all among many other new and interesting experiences.
